Stall Details
Dismantling of Setup on Day 1
As the events are hosted in a hotel, there are chances that we have to dismantle the entire setup ( including stalls) on the first day of the event and reinstall it again on day 2. It happens if the same venue is sold out for dinner events by the hotel.
In such cases, your team has to remove the branding material such as standees, posters etc and re-do the same at 7 am onwards for the 2nd day.
You may outsource the branding work to our stall vendor. This will ease off the branding and dismantling work on both days and our vendor team will do the same for you. Upon your request, we will be happy to share our vendor contact details.

All stalls includes two chairs and a table ( Table Size – 2.5 feet height x 3 feet length x 1.5 feet depth)
We place the stall as one side open ( front only) or two side open( front and either right or left ) as per the floor plan and visibility at the venue.
Important Note
We hand over the octanorm stall at 7 am on the day of the event and your team gets 2 hours for branding as we usually start the event at 9:30 am – 10 am.
